Coffee Subscriptions
When you subscribe to Wellgrown, you’ll receive freshly roasted coffee delivered automatically based on the delivery frequency you choose.
Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll only be charged when your next order is due.
Flexible by Design
You’re always in control of your subscription.
At any time, you can:
- Pause your subscription
- Skip a delivery
- Change your coffee or frequency
- Cancel your subscription
There are no long-term commitments.
You can manage your subscription through the link included in your order confirmation emails.
Billing & Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically according to your selected schedule, so you never run out of coffee.
You’ll receive confirmation each time a new order is processed.
Cancelling an Upcoming Subscription Order
If you’d like to cancel or make changes to an upcoming subscription order, please do so before your next billing date.
Once an order has been processed or fulfilled, we may not be able to make changes.
One-Time Orders
For one-time purchases, payment is taken at checkout and your order is prepared from our available inventory.
You may cancel a one-time order before it has been fulfilled.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may still be eligible for a refund in line with our Returns Policy.
