Shipping Overview

We aim to roast, pack and dispatch every order as quickly as possible so your coffee arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.

All orders are processed from the UK.


Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within:

  • 1–3 business days for one-time orders
  • according to your selected schedule for subscriptions

During busy periods, launches or holidays, dispatch times may occasionally take a little longer.


Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are processed automatically based on your selected delivery frequency.

You can:

  • pause
  • skip
  • edit
  • cancel

your subscription at any time before your next billing date through your subscription management portal.


UK Shipping

We currently ship across the United Kingdom.

Shipping rates and delivery options are displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard delivery: 2–4 business days
  • Express delivery (if available): 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays outside our control.


International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to selected countries.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may apply once the order reaches the destination country.

Delivery times for international orders will vary depending on destination and customs processing.


Tracking Information

Where available, tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.


Delays & Delivery Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Wellgrown cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • courier services
  • customs processing
  • severe weather
  • strikes or events outside our control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

Wellgrown is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the damage

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
