Returns & Refunds Policy

At Wellgrown, we want you to feel confident ordering from us. If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on coffee accessories and non-perishable items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase

Returns should only be sent once your return request has been approved.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to freshness and food safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Coffee bags
  • Perishable goods
  • Opened food products

We also cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Personalised or custom orders

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us — we’ll always do our best to help.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is:

  • damaged
  • faulty
  • incorrect

please contact us as soon as possible at hello@wellgrown.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest option is to request a return (where eligible) and place a new order.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

  • unused
  • unopened
  • in their original packaging
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note that this does not apply to perishable goods, including coffee.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
